Our gourmet coffees come from Coffee City USA, which is located in Tyler, Texas, where their coffees are roasted daily and flavored to order. Oh Fudge!!
We hear it almost every day - "I didn't realize that you make your own fudge!" In case you didn't know... Gene Allen's has been making our very own cream and butter fudge right here in our store for 22 years! We make it weekly, use fresh ingredients, and sometimes, we get very creative and come up with our very own flavors! Our fudge sells for $8.99 a pound, and you can buy as much or as little as you want. (It even freezes great!) We offer a new flavor each month, and when you buy one pound of fudge, you get 1/8 lb. of our "Fudge-Flavor-of-the-Month" FREE! Why not treat yourself to some of our great flavors like Chocolate Pecan, Vanilla Nut, Cherries Jubilee, Chewy Praline, Butterfinger Fudge, Chocolate Rum, Peanut Butter, and of course, our ever-popular Chocolate Fudge! Fudge makes great corporate gifts, or just a "I'm thinking of you" treat!
Our candy cases are filled to the brim with another local favorite, Sweet Shop Chocolates. The Sweet Shop was established in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1948, as a small, family-owned maker of hand-dipped chocolates. The Sweet Shop has gained national prominence for creating over 100 varieties of Truffles, Famous Brags, Nuts and Cheweys, Traditionals and their signature “Fudge Love” products. Sweet Shop chocolates contain natural ingredients, including pure butter, fresh whipping cream and the finest quality chocolates. A few of our favorite truffles are Fudge Love, Champagne, Black Forest and the Pecan Brag!

| Gene Allen’s first cookbook, “Seasoned With Love,” is on sale now for just $14.95, with $3.00 from the sale of each book going directly to the Arlington Women’s Shelter. Since 1996, Gene Allen’s has raised over $20,000 for the Women’s Shelter, and we’re proud to say that when the new shelter was dedicated in December 1999, our stores were honored by having a room named after Gene Allen. The three-ring, vinyl-covered, hardback cookbook has over 300 delicious recipes from customers and staff. Many of them are original recipes, and plenty are fast and easy! |  |
